Mortgage Loan Resources has developed into a business that provides clients a choice of literally hundreds of lenders with thousands of loan programs.  Clients are then better able to make the right decisions and enjoy better rates and programs than those offered by other brokers.  From our inception, we have strived to lower the borrower’s costs.  I have accomplished this by diligently working with escrows, title companies and lenders to reduce fees.  In the near future we hope to make the loan process almost paperless which will lower costs even further.
